"At Dogs Trust, we want to know that the dogs adopted from our centres to go to their new homes and receive the very best care for life. That’s why we ensure all adopted dogs leave us with 4 weeks free insurance from Petplan. The free cover is integrated into our systems so it couldn’t be easier for our staff and volunteers. We also encourage new owners to take out a full policy for when the free cover runs out to make sure the dog is still protected, and also because Petplan donates 10% of the annual premium for every policy taken out through Dogs Trust, so we have the funds to help more dogs in need."
